Return Policy:

NO REFUNDS NO Exceptions.

 

We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accomodate returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. (this includes combed, brushed out, dyed, or tossled with).

Shipping Policy:

Each hair order has a processing period of 4-7 business days. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order before you inquire. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number by the 7th day or sooner.

All orders placed online are shipped directly to the customer. Shipping NORMALLY takes 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail or 2-5 days via First Class Mail.

After you place your order you typically receive your order within the following 7-10 business days unless you purchased a custom pre- order unit. Custom units have a processing period of 14-21 business days, followed by the shipping period as stated above. We encourage you not to make any hair appointments until the hair is received.

All personal information that you enter into this website will be handled and seen only by The Hair Affair. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to The Hair Affair and will not be shared with other third parties.
